Here at CrossFit Alepou, which is Greek for fox, we train traditional CrossFit. Gymnastic movements, Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Cardio (running, rowing, biking) Pressing, Body weight movements, lots of core work…basically all kinds of fun and functional movements. There is an emphasis on Endurance at CrossFit Alepou, but no movements are left out.
